ISO consultancy structured around your
business goals.
Whether you are seeking ISO certification for the first time, changing consultants because your current support is not delivering enough value, maintaining an existing system or integrating several standards, ParagonQMS provides practical support that keeps compliance useful, manageable and aligned with your commercial priorities.

We help micro businesses and SMEs build, maintain and improve management systems that stand up to scrutiny without slowing the business down.
How Clients Engage With ParagonQMS
Our engagement process is deliberately straightforward. Clients should understand what happens next before they commit, and the pathway should feel structured rather than long-winded.
-
Initial enquiry: The client contacts ParagonQMS through the website, email or phone and briefly explains their business, current certification position, target standard, urgency and reason for seeking support.
-
Discovery and gap analysis: We review the client’s objectives, scope, existing documentation, current system maturity and any buyer, tender or certification deadline. Where required, we complete a structured gap analysis to identify what is already in place and what needs to be improved.
-
Recommendation, fee proposal and contract: ParagonQMS confirms the recommended service route, expected deliverables, consultancy days, responsibilities and commercial terms. The client receives a fee proposal and contract so the scope is clear before work begins.
-
Acceptance and mobilisation: Service delivery commences once the client accepts the fee proposal and signs the contract. We agree the project timetable, document access, key contacts and priority actions.
-
Service delivery and progress review: Consultancy, documentation, training, audit or maintenance activities are delivered against the agreed scope. Progress is reviewed with the client so actions remain practical and aligned with business needs.
-
Project completion and handover: At completion, ParagonQMS hands over the agreed documents, records, findings, action plans or readiness evidence. Where appropriate, we also recommend ongoing maintenance support to keep the system audit-ready.
